Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Manuto app ("Manuto"), developed by Roman Malinovskyi, an individual developer based in Ukraine ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Manuto, you agree to them. If you downloaded Manuto from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
1. What Manuto does
Manuto helps you keep track of your car's maintenance: a schedule, reminders, a service log and expenses. Some features need an internet connection and an account.
2. Maintenance plans are guidance
Maintenance schedules are built from published manufacturer information with the help of AI and may be incomplete or wrong for your car. They do not replace your car's owner's manual, the manufacturer's service schedule or the advice of a qualified mechanic. Always check them before acting, and you remain responsible for your car's maintenance and safety.
3. Your account
Keep access to your sign-in method secure and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else used your account. You can delete your account at any time — see how to delete your account.
4. Your content
The cars, records, notes and photos you add stay yours. You let us store and process them only to provide Manuto to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not upload content you have no right to share.
5. Manuto Pro
- Manuto Pro is an optional subscription or one-time purchase sold through the App Store or Google Play. The price, period and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account.
- You manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your Manuto account does not cancel a subscription.
- A free trial, if offered, turns into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then.
- Refunds follow Apple's or Google's refund policies.
6. Fair use
Do not misuse Manuto: no attempts to access other people's data, to disrupt the service, or to extract its data or AI output in bulk.
7. Changes and availability
We work to keep Manuto available and accurate, but we may change, suspend or end features. If we end the service, we will tell you in advance and let you export your data.
8. Disclaimer and liability
Manuto is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions about your car made on the basis of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country that cannot be limited by contract.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in the country where you live.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date above and tell you in the app when the change is significant. Continuing to use Manuto after a change means you accept it.
